Furkids is a comprehensive, practical, and convenient pet service life management app, dedicated to providing pet owners with a comprehensive pet management platform. Pet owners can record their pet's health, nutrition, medical records, and other information on the platform, and can share and communicate with other pet owners. In this fast-paced and busy era, Furkids can provide convenience and security for people and their pets, enhancing their emotional bond and quality of life.​

Goals

The user goals of my app would be managing everything of their pets easily. Making Pets and owners a better life experience.​ ​

Kevin has a lovely Shiba at home and he usually uses some pet-related apps. He mainly uses these apps to shop for pets and find veterinarians. He had not seen an app like mine before, but after listening to the introduction, he became very interested. He thinks that setting up some pet care alarm clocks by inputting pet information would be very useful. However, he finds the interface a bit complicated and wants it to be simpler.

Pet service apps can be classified into various categories based on their functions and services, including pet healthcare, pet medical, pet food and treats, pet travel and accommodation, pet education and training, and more.​

Downloads and usage rates of pet service apps

According to Statista data, the download and usage rates of pet service apps showed rapid growth in the first quarter of 2021, especially during the pandemic when people relied more on pet service apps to manage and care for their pets.
